We want you to be completely satisfied with your new device or accessory. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original box along with all included accessories, manuals, and a copy of your proof of purchase to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your nearest Vodafone retail store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned device to verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
